Products & Pricing
- •All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT (5%).

- •All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
- •Payment must be completed in full before orders are fulfilled.
Delivery
- •Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.
- •A valid UAE delivery address is required for all orders.
- •Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Restricted Countries
- •We do not ship to or accept orders from the following countries: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.
- •Orders originating from restricted countries will be declined.
Intellectual Property
- •All content on gamex.ae — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of Game X.
- •No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- •Game X's total liability for any claim is limited to AED 300 or the purchase price of the product, whichever is lower.
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Governing Law
- •These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- •Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
