Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT (5%).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Payment

• We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
• All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
• Payment must be completed in full before orders are fulfilled.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.
• A valid UAE delivery address is required for all orders.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Restricted Countries

• We do not ship to or accept orders from the following countries: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.
• Orders originating from restricted countries will be declined.

Intellectual Property

• All content on gamex.ae — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of Game X.
• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Game X's total liability for any claim is limited to AED 300 or the purchase price of the product, whichever is lower.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
