Game X ships across all Emirates. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Free Shipping

• Orders above AED 1,000 qualify for free standard shipping within the UAE.
• Orders below AED 1,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Friday).
• Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
• For missing shipments, contact support@gamex.ae and we will investigate with the carrier.
