Shipping Policy
Game X ships across all Emirates. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Free Shipping
- •Orders above AED 1,000 qualify for free standard shipping within the UAE.
- •Orders below AED 1,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
- •Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Friday).
- •Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- •Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
- •Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
Delivery Coverage
- •We deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
- •Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
- •If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- •For missing shipments, contact support@gamex.ae and we will investigate with the carrier.
