What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, Cash on Delivery, and Buy-Now-Pay-Later (Tamara). All card payments are processed securely in AED.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of AED 1,000 or more. Orders below that are charged a flat AED 25 within the UAE.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 2–5 business days across all seven Emirates.

Can I return a product?

Yes — you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order for unused items in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

Are your products covered by warranty?

All DEVO and EMG products carry official manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty & Claims page for coverage details and how to submit a claim.
