Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Game X.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The return request must be initiated by contacting our support team.

Eligibility

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return.
  • Opened software, consumables, or hygiene-related items are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@gamex.ae with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  • Do not ship the item back without receiving return authorization first.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant (color, size), contact our support team.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the defect.
  • Defective products may be covered under the manufacturer warranty — see our Warranty page for details.
