- •Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- •Do not ship the item back without receiving return authorization first.
Refund Process
- •Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- •Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- •Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- •If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant (color, size), contact our support team.
- •Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective Products
- •If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the defect.
