Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order at Game X.
Cancellation Window
- •You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.
- •After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible.
How to Cancel
- •Log in to your Game X account, go to My Orders, find the order you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel Order”.
- •Guest orders can be cancelled by contacting support@gamex.ae within 24 hours.
Cancellation After Shipping
- •Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- •You may instead request a return after delivery — see our Return Policy for details.
Digital Products & Gift Cards
- •Digital products and gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivered or activated.
Refunds
- •Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- •Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before shipment incur no charges.
Partial Cancellation
- •If your order contains multiple items, please contact support@gamex.ae to cancel individual items before the order is shipped.
