Terms of Sale

These terms govern all purchases made through the Game X Store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify order details before processing.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED.
• All prices include 5% UAE VAT.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped.
• Cancellations can be made from your account dashboard.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Delivery

• We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
• Standard delivery is AED 25 for orders below AED 1,000.
• Free shipping on orders of AED 1,000 or more.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Games and digital content are non-returnable once opened or activated.

Warranty

• Products are covered by manufacturer warranty as described in our Warranty Policy.
• Game X facilitates warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

• These terms of sale are governed by UAE law.
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
