Terms of Sale
These terms govern all purchases made through the Game X Store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Order Acceptance
- •Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- •Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify order details before processing.
Payment
- •Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- •We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED.
- •All prices include 5% UAE VAT.
Order Cancellation
- •You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped.
- •Cancellations can be made from your account dashboard.
- •Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Delivery
- •We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
- •Standard delivery is AED 25 for orders below AED 1,000.
- •Free shipping on orders of AED 1,000 or more.
- •Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns & Replacements
- •Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- •Games and digital content are non-returnable once opened or activated.

Warranty
- •Products are covered by manufacturer warranty as described in our Warranty Policy.
- •Game X facilitates warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Limitation of Liability
- •Our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- •These terms of sale are governed by UAE law.
- •Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
