Warranty & Claims
Game X sells official DEVO and EMG products in the UAE. Warranty approval depends on the product family, proof of purchase, and the manufacturer process published by each brand.
Official brands
Claims are checked against official DEVO and EMG support channels.
Proof required
Keep your Game X order number or purchase receipt for every claim.
Claim routing
DEVO publishes warranty terms; EMG uses its support center for warranty review.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects under normal use when supported by the brand policy.
- DEVO general products and furniture: 1 year of official coverage. Chairs and desks cover structural and mechanical parts only.
- DEVO IPS/VA monitors: 5 years from original purchase date, with full coverage during the first 3 years.
- DEVO OLED monitors: 3 years from original purchase date, with dead-pixel review rules published on the official warranty page.
- EMG products: warranty eligibility is reviewed through the official EMG support workflow using your order details and issue evidence.
What Is Not Covered
- Misuse, neglect, improper operation, or unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification.
- Moisture or liquid damage, power surges, theft, loss, or natural disasters.
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, or other non-functional damage.
- Claims without valid proof of purchase or enough detail to verify the issue.
- DEVO OLED burn-in and scratches caused by improper cleaning.
- DEVO IPS/VA years 4-5 exclude natural backlight dimming.
How To Submit A Warranty Request
- 1Prepare your Game X order number or purchase receipt, product name or SKU, and a clear description of the issue.
- 2Add photos or video showing the defect and mention when the issue started.
- 3Contact Game X at support@gamex.ae or +971 56 100 0818 so we can validate the order and direct the correct warranty path.
- 4For DEVO, review the official DEVO warranty page for the exact monitor or product-family terms.
- 5For EMG, open the official EMG support page and choose Warranty Claim.
- 6If the claim is approved, repair or replacement follows the manufacturer process and original warranty window.
Important Notes
- Manufacturer rules can change, so the official brand page remains the reference for technical warranty conditions.
- Service or shipping fees may apply in some DEVO cases under the official policy.
- Warranty replacement does not reset the original coverage period.
DEVO Official Terms
- General products, monitor arms, and furniture coverage: 1 year.
- IPS/VA monitors: 5 years, original purchaser only, proof of purchase required.
- OLED monitors: 3 years, original purchaser only, proof of purchase required.
- Monitor pixel policy: first 30 days allow review for any number of defective pixels; after 30 days, more than 3 defective pixels or a defect larger than 3 mm qualifies.
- DEVO IPS/VA monitors include one-time accidental drop, spill, or shock coverage during the first 30 days.
- Replacement units may be new or refurbished, and warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.
EMG Official Support Path
- Use the official EMG support page for warranty checks and claim submission.
- Choose the Warranty Claim category in the support form.
- Include your order number, product name or model, issue description, and photos or video.
- The public EMG support page shows the support workflow, but it does not publish a detailed coverage schedule, so final approval is confirmed during review.
